If you require a specific delivery date & time slot, this may be arranged with an additional delivery charge starting from $15. Please email us at contact@traeze.com at least 2 days in advance to arrange this.
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, all food products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened or consumed.
